Ordered some earrings and then received an email saying order was cancelled due to item not being in stock, even though it showed in stock online. I tried calling another People's store to check on stock and no one picked up. It's Christmas time so stores are busy. So I started an online chat with a representative and they took my number and reached out to the store on my behalf and had them call me to reserve a pair that they had. I was able to then go the next day and pick them up. Great customer service. 👌
