His teaching method combines my son’s musical tastes with formal theory, practical technique, and practice exercises in just the right way. I see my son being challenged in a fun, relaxed atmosphere - learning to deconstruct songs and play them himself, while using applied theory and method. He is now outpacing me in understanding how the instrument works. Thank you Justin!

(October 23, 2017, 10:16 pm)Justin makes our son's guitar lessons so interesting and so much fun. He teaches scales by getting him to listen to his favourite music and find the notes that "match" - so much better than rote repetition of scales! He is learning so fast and loving it. Thanks Justin!

Justin provides exactly the right amount of passion for music and teaching with his good sense of humour and patience. I very much recommend Justin to anyone looking for a great guitar teacher for themselves or their kids.

Justin has a great knowledge of and passion for guitar and it’s evident in how he teaches. I learned more than just how to play the guitar and enjoyed every lesson.
