Customer service and salesman is proactive and responsive. The crew were very professional. I'm impressed that the Owner Simon came to inspect the quality of their job and make sure that it was done properly according to our contract. I highly recommend Simons Roofing & WaterProofing if you need no hassle, fair and quality workmanship. -

He came over, inspected all our roofs and repaired immediately. We were very impressed. They were professional, friendly and the price was good for all of us. Thank you so much, Simon. Based on his advice, I decided to replace all of my old plastic vents that were prone to leak in heavy rain with a better, metal venting product. Simon arrived in the agreed timeline and performed the work in the $ ballpark estimated. Communication from start to finish, responsiveness, and quality of work are all top tier. I feel confident in the work he has performed on my home and will be calling upon him for future roofing work.

It was simple he did what he said he would do and not up sell me on a new roof. I definitely saved money this time. Apparently I have few more years left. And he said he's happy to revisit to help me to extend the life of my roof. I don't normally write review, but he deserves a recognition. Thank you again..
