About a week ago, we hired Nepean Appliance Repair Master because of a problem that we had with our refrigerator. It would always leak water all over. Their technician provided us with a speedy resolution to this issue, and we’re happy.

It wasn’t cleaning the dishes well and we got so worried thinking we had to replace it. Their technician came as scheduled and efficiently addressed our problem. He was kind and polite in answering all of our questions. He patiently and professionally did what needs to be done and had our dishwasher fixed. Overall, their service was excellent including their affordable service rates. The outcome was also great as our machine is now working perfectly again, thanks to them. We will recommend this company to our friendly and relatives.

(January 1, 2017, 10:02 pm)The technician from Nepean Appliance Repair Master came yesterday when I called for oven repair. My oven won’t start and he suspected the broil element wasn’t working. After inspecting, he was correct and recommended replacement. I was grateful it didn’t take long for him to do it. Repair took no longer than 30 minutes. Good job!

I called them because my LG unit wasn’t cooling and they did an excellent job restoring its functionality. The friendly technician was skilled and generous. He even cleaned after the mess he created for perform the fix.
