I had an issue that stemmed from a simple oversight at another location, but Joe went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His gesture was greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work everyone!
(October 30, 2022, 2:03 pm)I love this gym - great facilities. I go at 6am everyday, it’s usually not too busy. Really enjoy the sauna, looking forward to trying some of the classes.

No gym across Ottawa compares and the energetic, professional, and kind staff make being there even more amazing.
Overall 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for a Fitness & Health club!
