(January 16, 2020, 11:11 pm)I have used Framing and Art Centre many times over close to a decade. They have always been very helpful and professional. The prices are reasonable, compared to many others in Ottawa. Most recently, I selected a mat, that in the end, just didn't work. They replaced it at no cost - even though it was my mistake!
