(March 17, 2021, 11:30 am)We have been insured with Chris Krasilczuk for 15+ years, in that time we have always received outstanding advice and service when it comes to our insurance needs. The staff has always been extremely professional and friendly. The recent interaction with Samantha to make changes to our auto coverage and explanations on our house insurance was very informative and helpful. You can buy insurance anywhere, but if you want good service from great people this is the place.

(March 16, 2021, 2:25 pm)I've had all of my insurance through Chris Krasilczuk's office since 2007 and while I did leave with most of my insurance at one point due to better rates, I found myself back with State Farm (Desjardins) upon renewal. Chris' office staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful every time I've needed to reach out to them. I especially love that I can reach out by email and 1)actually get a response, 2) actually make changes to my policies etc. Even if I call, they'll almost always answer and assist immediately and if by chance no one is around, I've never waited more than an hour for a call back. If you're looking for insurance that's "easy to manage...Chris' office/staff will certainly make that happen.

(March 9, 2021, 6:52 pm)Really. Just. Amazing. I cannot say enough good things about how quickly, patiently, and professionally the staff in this office work. I've been insured with them for over six years now and adding vehicles/house/etc. has always been effortless, supportive, and competitive. From my experiences, I would highly recommend them. Unless you're getting your insurance free or getting massages while waiting, I don't think dealing with insurance agents really gets any better or more pleasant.

I have dealt with Will when I first set up my auto insurance last year and was such a kind fellow for a completely new driver like me to deal with. Samantha, who I've spoken to the majority of the time, has helped me through with tenant insurance for myself, my mother and partner at various points over the 3-4 years. She was also so kind and patient and helping me figure out my renewal and confirming information for my peace of mind. Truly such a great person to speak with.

(February 8, 2021, 8:27 pm)Samantha Jensen (of Chris Krasilczuk) was so helpful through the process of insuring my vehicle when I moved from out of province. I felt like her dialogue was authentic and genuine, she was informative without being pushy. It was the first time I was ever able to talk to an insurance agent without feeling like I needed a degree in insurance philosophy. She was amazing In holding my hand through this process. Perfect communication. I will absolutely go back to Samantha Jensen for my future insurance needs.
