(October 1, 2018, 1:03 pm)Inconsistant help as someone is not always available so weekly service becomes every two or three weeks. Calls to confirm or cancel 10min before appointment time. Friendly enough but tired of sleeping on plastic cause they did not show to make bed. Best homehelp when they are there compared to some other agencies.
