I have lived in one of their apartments on Elgin street for almost two years and every time that there was a problem they always sent someone very promptly to fix it. Rent was also very affordable for an apartment downtown and although the building itself was a bit run down from being old we never had any pest problems. I never had any issues with them so for me it is 5 star service. Thanks!
