I got my glasses and contact lenses from here, and have been very impressed with both! Paul and his team are so lovely and pleasant to work with. I contacted KO to see how fast they could get my wife a pair of glasses because she was in hospital and they had been lost. Paul was incredibly understanding and after a quick meeting with him he ordered the glasses on a Monday morning and they were at their store Wednesday morning. The cost was very reasonable & their service outstanding. Then would you believe that the hospital then lost my wife's reading glasses and Paul came to the rescue again. I highly recommend KO! Just outstanding service by all that work there.

Through their tireless searching, they actually found a frame exactly like I had. That's service for you. Great job
