(June 13, 2022, 9:00 pm)Online purchase and instore pickup is easy but it is hard at times to get the staff's attention when wanting to pick up. I stood at the counter just over 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I asked another staff member and was told someone was coming.

(June 1, 2022, 9:22 pm)I was looking for a specific book on retirement and after 20 minutes of trying I was unsuccessful until a very kind lady help me find something appropriate to my search.🙏she also agreed that there should be a complete special section on the topic of "RETIREMENT"....considering the upcoming increase percentage of retirees. Thank you for the good service.
