(March 21, 2022, 5:55 pm)Not very Trust Worthy! I Called in 2021 asking about their new patient promotion. Was assure by Rana that we will get the electric toothbrushes after our appointment. Went to appointment in December, no toothbrush and was told she need to get some clarification from the manager and call me back. She called back said I will get my toothbrush on the next appointment. Went to appointment in January, 2022, no toothbrush and was told by Rana, that the shipment got delay. Understandable given the current situation. She told me she will call me once the shipment come in. February come and gone no word from anyone at 7Dental. Went there in March, 2022 asking about toothbrush, you guess it, no toothbrush. And again, told by the same receptionist, Rana that oh, our next order will be for you. So another word, they lied to me the first couple times about ordering them and who knows how true it is gonna be this time! At this point, I have given up on ever getting the electric toothbrush. I would rather they told me from the beginning that we were not qualified for the promotion than egging me along for the last few months with excuses. If I cannot trust them with something as simple as a promotional item, how can I entrusted them with my dental care!?
So I got my toothbrush soon after I put up a 1 star review on Google, I wished it didn't have to resource to this to get the toothbrushes. I do however, appreciated getting this matter resolved. Hope the staff will take more ownership to resolve their clients's issue going forward. -
