Installing a few ductless splits today and realized at 4:30pm that I needed 5/8" copper and not 1/2" copper for my last indoor head. Called two wholesalers that were unwilling to leave materials curbside or stay 5 minutes after close. Called United Refrigeration and I didn't even finish explaining my dilemma before the counter guy said he'd be there, no problem, no need to put curbside. Incredibly accommodating given it was my oversight, and truly refreshing after the offer of $150.00 fee quoted by Masters Group (next door) to stay open the extra 5 minutes as they wouldn't leave anything curbside. Their excellent customer service allowed me to put the extra effort for mine. Well done United, you will certainly be at the top of my supplier list after today.
