Intelcom

Because I regularly order from Amazon, Intelcom is their delivery/courier service...I've been dealing with Intelcom for YEARS - they never disappoint! Very Professional, Timely, Courteous service!...I was surprised that they even deliver on Sundays! Wow!...now THAT's what I call *Excellent Customer Service*!! I also appreciate the Notifications I always receive prior to my deliveries! Very nice touch!

Excellent service! I expected two separate parcels to be delivered on the same day and they were combined into a single delivery. Very convenient to me and shows good organization. Much appreciated!

UPDATE: I added a star as for my last shipment they gave me a 1hr block of time and was able to have the driver call when arrival since buzzer not working. Was really impressed with that.

I'm editing my review because after googling Intelcom Express Ottawa again, it does show they are open till 9pm, not 5pm (their call centre hours). The staff there are friendly and nice. I also noticed after checking email associated with my Amazon account (which is old and not often checked) that they did email me the next day where I could pick it up and also provided a time window and name of the driver.

My item arrived but I wasn't home. I called saying the next day the same thing would happen as I'd be at work. They said I'd get a call where j could pick it up as they didn't know where. My issue is that the call centre told me to wait for a call that never come -- not to check my email.

I did find their place is hidden and extremely difficult to find. it's in the middle of a whole strip of businesses that doesn't face the 'main' road...there is no sign except on their door. If you use Google maps if you're walking or busing and you're trying to reach the red icon where the destination is you'll be walking forever in circles.

Many of my Amazon deliveries have arrived via this company. They are timely, professional and friendly.

On the day of delivery I get an email to let me know the driver's name and sequence of delivery.

Edit: due to COVID-19 we have relied more on online orders and we've had more dealings with Intelcom. They continue to impress!
