You are the most consistent and knowledgeable Bikram teacher I have met and I’ve been practicing for 12 years. My first class with you was at Rama Lotus. I distinctly remember the high intensity of your instruction and expectations of me as a practitioner, I would have been scared away, but your consistency allowed me to trust you and because of that I made more progress in your classes than any other Bikram experience I’ve had. Ottawa is fortunate to have you. If I could, I’d teleport there to do your classes regularly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your devotion to the practice and yourself as a teacher and healer. I hope that one day I’m able to cross your path again and learn more from you. If you ever do large scale workshops or a teachers training I’d be inclined to travel there and attend. Namaste and may you live very long and continue to prosper!

Ed also painstakingly works to perfect his craft at a considerable cost to himself. There is no more authentic honest and effective practitioner that I know of in the Ottawa area. You are in good and safe hands with Ed!

(July 28, 2016, 10:27 pm)I had a significant amount of nerve damage to the left side of my body that was causing all sorts of problems in my day to day life. I was on a cane for what I expected to be a lifelong problem and I had no control over my left leg and arm when we began. Within two months, I was off the cane, and a month later I left almost entirely whole again. Ed is an absolute genius, with a positive approach to discovering and not only solving any problems that arise but also preventing them from returning. A complete master at M.A.T. I owe my entire physical ability to him. I'm now able to go on daily runs, swims, I can go kayaking, everything. Five stars, permanently.
