(March 21, 2021, 12:48 pm)I took puppy kindergarten (limited students but in person) and dog obedience beginner by zoom. I was not very happy with the zoom class. They circulated video and worksheets (all very good) and the trainer tried very hard, but zoom just does not work well for training .....too much screen moving, and some technical difficulties. They tried their best, but I did not complete the last two sessions and was never contacted, followed up with nor asked for a review. I think that was the most disappointing part... COVID has I impacted everything and been very difficult, but in this case it seemed there was no effort to improve. I would recommend this group, giving them an average rating, but suggest one waits till we can go back to normal sessions..
