He was very professional, and knew his business. He also was very considerate and took time to explain what he was doing at all stages. Great work and we are happy and relieved.

(September 13, 2021, 9:34 pm)I found myself in a dire situation as my computer was shutting down with a Windows error every 30 minutes. As newly self-employed, I wasn't sure where to turn. Fortunately, I found PC Innovation via my Google search. It was a holiday Monday, but that didn't stop Harvey from immediately jumping on the issue. We exchanged some emails and a couple of calls and Harvey resolved my issue within hours despite it being a difficult diagnoses. I will not hesitate to turn to Harvey when requiring technical support in the future.
