(December 13, 2021, 8:22 pm)I dropped my phone in water first thing in the morning and sent an email out to Smartphone Repair Ottawa explaining that I'd be dropping my phone off later on in the day and asking for any advice on what I should do in the meantime. The owner replied promptly and when I brought in my phone, was so amazing to deal with! He gave me an extremely reasonable quote right away and was a straight shooter about the chances of my phone being fixed. He didn't try to 'upsell', and in fact discouraged me from running out and buying a new phone. He gave me a loaner phone and charger so I could stay connected with my kids' school just in case, AND ultimately fixed my phone so quickly that it was ready before I was even done work! I am beyond pleased with Smartphone Repair Ottawa. An honest man who I would recommend to anyone in need of phone repairs!
