(April 17, 2021, 1:06 pm)In a word, Happi was excellent. We were balancing the sale of our home with a cross border move during a pandemic with a newborn. Lots of moving parts to deal with! Happi was professional and responsive to our needs, while giving us the flexibility we needed when some things didn’t go exactly according to plan. He found us a highly competitive offer and gave us great advice all through the process. And, he was able to work with us remotely to complete the sale once we were out of town. We highly recommend him!

He is so genuine and hard working and didn't give up. He sold our place as promised and got us a good price for our home. We would recommend him for sure.

(September 19, 2020, 12:15 pm)We were referred to and met a few realtors and we decided to go with Happi because of his extensive knowledge of our neighbourhood, his confidence, professionalism, and his ability to be completely honest and realistic. He respected the additional measures in place due to the health pandemic and made us feel comfortable selling our home during an uncertain time. The listing was impressive including the virtual tour video. Happi responded very quickly and was available at all times to answer our enquiries and he was always ready with next strategies if they were needed. We had over a dozen visits in less than two weeks and our home was sold very quickly. He provided feedback from visits as soon as they were received and we trusted his expertise and advice. We highly recommend him and will use him next time we sell a home.
