I have lived here for approx 2 1/2 years.

Pros:
Nice and modern apartment units
Close to restaurants, movie theatre, grocery stores...
Only 15 mins away from downtown
Dog friendly and green space available
Gym, communal space for hosting and parties.

Cons:
Parking - If you have outside parking, you will most likely have your spot taken from Fri-Sun because of the restaurant and movie theatre. Have complained regarding this issue and have not seen any action to make it better. You will have to call 311 to have the car ticketed or towed.

Concierge - We use to have a full time concierge from M-F 9-5 pm, however, have not had one recently. This has resulted in security issues as myself and my roommate have witnessed people who do not live in the building sleeping in our hallway, and the lobby. Completely unacceptable.

Maintenance - Impossible to request maintenance. Have had issue with closet door and window for months and maintenance has not cared to respond to us.

Cleaning - recently improved, but can be better.

Was a great building, what they sell you and what is reality are two different things. DIRTY/ Always dirty/ no concierge service/ no security and that is what we were looking for./ always some random people walking around the floors...........people smoke in their apartements and it stinks / carpets are dirty / winter maintenance to be desired / dogs pee in elevators / VERY sad

EDIT: New cleaning staff and starting to look like it was......

Management is really awesome and very responsive. Buildings are always being cleaned during the daytime and really lovely community both in and out of the buildings.
