(March 22, 2022, 6:34 pm)I needed 3 blades sharpened; a small paring knife;a small chopping and dicing blade; and a boning knife.
Each one was returned in better than original new condition. The edges we're not only sharp, they were now usable from tip to handle. This made a huge difference especially noticeable on the boning knife because the point edge, often used in tight spots, could function as intended.
All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Canadian Edge Sharpening and Sales for all your knife maintenance needs. You won't regret it.
