(November 8, 2021, 10:27 pm)Friendly enough single staff member at this location. Overall service however has gone way downhill since they merged with Avis. I rented a Toyota Camry (or similar) both times within two weeks, and got a small SUV both times (Hyundai Tucson, and a terrible Buick Encore).

(June 2, 2019, 10:29 am)Budget was able to come through with a van for me to move on short notice, when I had made a reservation with another company that fell through on me. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. My receipt says I was helped by Joshua, and he was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine with the van I rented. I will definitely use budget again as a first choice and will recommend them to everyone I know.
