(April 11, 2022, 6:08 pm)Spacious and clean environment, nice trainers/coaches and staff, friendly and welcoming. (Morena helped get me going, she was great!)
You will find people of all shapes, ages and sizes which makes it welcoming and relaxed.
Peak times around 5 to 8 PM but lots of space around lunch and the PM. -

(October 28, 2021, 11:03 pm)I love love love my experience at this gym! They work hard to keep the staff and members safe. The location has ample parking, the interior is clean (sanitized well) and the staff are super friendly and willing to help when needed or when they see bad form (guilty lol).
