They were exceptionally responsive and flexible when our plans for our concrete garage slab had to change. As a renovation contractor with 20 years of experience I have rarely used a contractor that is as professional and communicative as MCS. I was constantly kept aware of timing for each step of the process.

MCS made an unusual and slightly complicated large thickened foundation slab for me and it went very smoothly. A timing issue on my end created a delay which they worked around without any problem.

I will not hesitate to use them again on my next foundation project.
