(November 27, 2021, 9:46 pm)I came in with an unusual parcel (snowshoes). The two staff could not have been more helpful. They ended up taking a standard box and modifying it to hold the snowshoes securely, they also gave me quotes for UPS and Canada Post.

(August 6, 2021, 4:54 am)We were planning to move to another country and had to ship a few boxes of stuff. The customer service are perfect. They helped us packing each of fragile items and all were well protected. They will also follow up with us with the shipment.
The highlight of their service is the luggage service. It is very convenient to those who would like to go to China for a long term stay. They will help you overcome all the difficulties such as oversized items, fragile items and so on. They will optimize the the arrangements of your items so you won’t spend unnecessary cost. Please ask the staff if interested. -

(July 13, 2021, 12:28 am)The customers service was relatively perfect. When I saw a lot people in the room, I didn't and I would never expect an instantly service, but they are enough fast! So that everyone that need something can at least be serve. I wanted to send a letter to Immigration Canada. The worker help me to find out where is the location and what document we need to send. Finally, we get the form printed filled out and sent. If they weren't here, I won't know that something that I have was wrong.
