Such a beautiful salon, they are incredibly clean with superb safety measures. The nail technicians and receptionist were super nice and gentle. I love my nails!!

(May 29, 2022, 6:34 pm)I decided last minute that I wanted a pedicure and nail dip with extensions. I called and asked if they had time for me that day. The gentleman who picked up the phone was very courteous and let me come in and I got there within 10 minutes. Vicky did my nails and pedicure. She was very gentle. I had an overall great experience and will definitely go back.

(March 28, 2022, 2:00 pm)Four stars for price and cleanliness. But you do get what you pay for, ie a cheap pedicure.
Three of us went together. Two of us had to clean excess polish off our toes when we got home. My technician was quite rough and caused me to flinch when he got too intense with the cuticle tool, and more than once. And that was hardly relaxing. My daughter’s toenails are cut on crazy angles. The attention to detail was lacking.
So, if you want a quick, inexpensive polish change with a bit of foot care this is a great place. -

(December 15, 2021, 12:08 am)I have been going to Kim and Le's shop for several years ... downtown when they were there and now in Orleans since they moved the business in 2019. I have exclusively used their services for manicures because of the quality of service, attention to detail, gentle touch and professionalism in the delivery of their services. The shop is way above industry standards from other nail salons I have seen in cleanliness, peacefulness and safety. It has a spa-like atmosphere. Kim and Le are hard working entrepreneurs and I have zero hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.
