(July 15, 2020, 1:40 am)It was amazing! BB was super nice and we had a conversation the whole time. It took 2 hours longer than expected and was a little bit expensive but it was worth it considering the end result. The braids were super neat and lasted two months but they weren't tight and uncomfortable. I am sort of a tender headed person but she was so gentle, it didn't hurt at all. I haven't had much luck finding the right braider for me in Ottawa, she was the best I've been to. I would defiantly come back.

She is neat, efficient, and when she says the service is pain free... she means it! I'm always looking forward to have my crown treated at BBraids

(November 17, 2019, 6:03 pm)Honestly the best braid inexperience I’ve ever had: arrived on time, hair ALREADY PREPARED AND READY TO BRAID?!?! Quick and efficient and I got so many compliments even long after I took my braids down (“ah I remember when you got your hair did during the summer it was so nice!” Compliments like that)
