Like someone else wrote above, I have never had any issues with this branch. They've all been friendly and professional and I've never had issues. In fact I have found they are often very courteous and talk to me fairly quickly whenever I need an appointment.... I mean if you have an issue with an overall bank, maybe that's different... there are some things I don't love about Alterna but it's more because it's a "credit union" and not a bank

I do not understand the poor rating for this branch.I have had nothing but excellent service from them. Customer service is excellent particularly Michaela a very knowledgeable and kind employee. I have seen the staff very rudely treated while waiting in line. Sometimes it's the members that are idiots.
