The building has a great atmosphere with quiet and mature tenants. The location is perfect for the avid walker or cyclist as it is walking distance to Dow's lake, the shops of Preston and china town. The location is ideal for commuting east or west in the city.
The brand new building has everything you need to enjoy condo living in Ottawa. -

(July 30, 2019, 1:32 pm)We moved in in February 2019. Love the location, steps to Little Italy, the Arboretum and Commissioner's Park. Well laid out suites with all new Whirlpool appliances including a microwave. Tony and Gale, the resident managers are responsive to requests and very helpful. Pet friendly building with lots of great places to walk.
