(September 19, 2021, 6:20 pm)Very friendly staff. Clean and big open work out space. I signed up for the all access hydride and I was soooooooooo nervous to come to the studio. The instructor was fantastic, friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I think her name was Julia! The work out was so great. There are also great modifications suggested if needed. Im so excited to make this part of my healthy lifestyle!

(January 16, 2019, 2:31 pm)I have been a member of this location since 2012. The front staff and the trainers are great. They welcome you as soon as you walk through the door with a genuine smile. I love the classes because (1) they are short and impactful (2) you leaving sweaty and feeling amazing.
The trainers are always walking around to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and take the time to make well thought out explanations. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do and want their clients to make the most of each class. -

(January 11, 2019, 4:58 pm)This place is awesome! I was recently in Ottawa for a short visit & bought a few drop-in passes to use while I was in town. The classes were awesome + challenging, and great workouts. The trainers were incredibly friendly, professional + completely attentive, even in a busy class. The next time I'm in town I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!
