They make you feel super safe and you leave feeling educated about what you are in control of when it comes to your body and what’s needed to rehab your injury. Richard’s knowledge about biomechanics combined with your anatomy makes all the difference. He knows his audience and provides you with the confidence to continue training while paying attention to what will regress you. He is super knowledgeable and the communication he has with his team to make sure you receive the best possible treatment is spot on. I have been working with Richard on a couple long-standing injuries and he then relays any soft tissue focused work to the Massage therapist Erin. This combo of practitioners working cohesively is what needs to become more common place. Do not walk - run here if you want to get to the root of your injury and start your rehab. Thank you!!!
