I've been with the FHT here since 2006. I have always received excellent care. The entire team is professional, courteous and patient...from the medical staff to the administration staff. Extremely satisfied and feel confident in their care.
I have been going to this Team since 2002. I was going there about four times a year. I had outstanding care from my doctor, who recently retired from his practice. However, when he did this he discussed it with each of his patients in advance to ease transition. Since he had a role in finding a replacement, he told me that she was his top medical student. Thus the switch over went very smoothly and I am happy with my new doctor. Administration has been smooth for myself. However, there are busy times and there is a staff turnover. This is a teaching hospital team, so you may get a medical student to see you, particularly for routine visits, but they are supervised and observed by the supervisor (doctor). I have found them willing and able to answer my questions. In the odd case where they were not sure, they asked the doctor for the answer. I am happy to recommend them.
