(October 7, 2021, 3:26 pm)Called last night for an emergency, they did not have a technician close to us and couldn’t come out to help, however I was promptly given a name and number of someone closer to us that they recommended. I called the other place and had someone at our house within 20 minutes. Appreciate the professionalism and getting us the information and service we needed.

(October 5, 2021, 9:29 pm)I have been dealing with this company for specialty keys for close to 25 years. Only recently have I had the occasion to use their service for door hardware. They are professional, knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. Their quality of door hardware is superior to previous items purchased at big box stores and I am glad I spent the extra money to upgrade.

(September 27, 2021, 3:51 pm)I had my truck key and remote, 3x house keys and boat key cut here and it was cheaper than just going to the dealership to get just my truck key and remote. Great service, friendly staff and fast. No waiting for an appointment at the dealership. He even oiled my door/ignition. Great shop and I can't say enough about them.

(September 23, 2021, 10:17 pm)A lot of wonderful reviews, however my experience was not. This establishment treated me like I was bothering them and interrupting their regular daily routine. Paying 40.00 dollars for under 10 minutes of work involving the cutting of a couple of keys is probably a better price than most would charge and I appreciate that. I really want to be fair and honest with my assessment of this company but at least look at me when dealing with a client and what about a thank you. I explained I was a first time client and had to travel quite a distance. There was no response. I was just trying to be nice and create polite conversation. As a customer ( first time or not) I want to be appreciated, I was not. My feelings are not hurt by the way I was treated, but next time, I will hopefully find a locksmith company that exudes a friendly and appreciative atmosphere, and has some knowledge of what customer service is.

(June 4, 2021, 9:09 pm)I walked into the shop and was greeted by George. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He truly had my best interests at heart and genuinely cared about getting me quality product at an amazing price. Within an hour they send Fadi to my house who was also extremely friendly and a perfectionist which was really comforting. I'm a researcher so I looked into what I was buying in terms of quality and price. I called 4 different places and A Everest gave me the lowest price and after doing further research realized that they only used the highest quality products. They now have a customer for life! For anyone looking for locksmith services I highly recommend these guys! Thanks again to Fadi and George at A Everest Locksmith!
