The house needed pretty serious structural work and they were very thorough at going over different potential solutions with me. The work was done in the time quoted for the price and the job site was left very clean afterwards. Chris was also clearly very knowledgeable and he and his team kept me informed through the days they were here of what was happening, how the project was proceeding and the reasons behind the choices they were making. I'm extremely happy with the result and the experience. I highly recommend JFW.

(January 14, 2020, 3:53 am)We were subcontracted by JFW Construction to perform the masonry restoration for a complex restructuring job in Bowmanville. His conduct was absolutely professional, and Chris was a joy to work with. A job like this could have easily became dangerous but every step was carefully thought through. He prioritized safety for everyone on site regardless if a sub contractor or his direct employee. Ending with a top quality product, and a happy customer, we hope to continue working with JFW in the future.

(November 24, 2019, 1:16 pm)I own a century home that ended up having severe structural problems that could have been disastrous. After having a few other companies give quotes over the phone or rough estimates, Chris was the only one who took the time to come out and investigate what was truly needed to complete the work.
The job was extremely difficult as the whole back of the house had to be taken down, while supporting the rest of my house and my neighbors house.
From the beginning Chris was very honest and passionate about getting the job done. Him and his guys are very professional and did an amazing job. Now the house is safe and looks brand new. He provides full warranty and everything is stamped from an engineer.
I would highly recommend Chris and his guys again for any structural work or difficult jobs that most companies are scared to do.

Chris and his crew fixed the foundation quickly and we were able to move into our new home! Chris and his crew were professional and knowledgeable, kept us informed as they repaired our foundation. I would recommend JFW Construction to anyone who wants the work done properly and professionally. If any issues occur with our home in the future, I know I can count on Chris and JFW Construction.
