Hello Yoga

I have partaken in 3 separate classes now and I absolutely love it. I have never practiced yoga in a studio before and I am thankful I have started my practice here! The instructors I have met so far have been so warm and welcoming and the facility is wonderful. It's simple and precise, it's in an easy location and I love that I can run there or drive and park easily. Heather has been really great and patient with my questions and I really appreciate their attention to detail during this pandemic, makes it much more relaxing and almost stress-free to know that they are going above and beyond to make sure we are all safe.

Heather is incredible. Every class is a new experience. Never pushes you beyond your limits but will take right to the edge!
Not just the typical yoga studio. Strength and strength, balls and bolsters, dumbbells and straps, not to mention inversion!

I love this yoga studio! I feel taken care of from the minute I arrive in their parking lot (and don’t have to hunt for a parking spot), am guided to the back of the building by colorful signage and a smiling Buddha, drop my “kicks” and read beautiful comforting messages on my way up the stairs and arrive in an open airy welcome area. With my first month trial I’ve done classes with almost all the instructors - their voices are soothing, instructions are clear and attitudes loving and kind. My body and soul are grateful - and getting stronger and more flexible with each visit! Thanks Hello Yoga team!

My family and I just had our first class of family aerial yoga at Hello Yoga, and it was amazing. The kids simply loved it; the class was gentle and fun, and challenging enough for us to exercise in a very relaxing way.
Can't wait to go back!

I attended a meditation session hosted by the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce at Hello Yoga. This facility is beautiful and serene and the staff are phenomenal. Heather lead a guided meditation that left me feeling content and ready to start my day while Dana gave a preview of her skill as an in-house Registered Massage Therapist. There is all kinds of classes and services offered here, I highly recommend checking out Hello Yoga.
