Tracy was very helpful in our initial booking and very understanding when adjustments were made to our original plans. Mike lead the set-up team, and they showed up when they said and took their time making sure we were happy prior to their departure. The next day when we were setting up the tables and chairs, I had to contact Mike when I realized we were short some table covers. He came all the way from Montauk to hand deliver new covers directly to my wife and I, all the while maintaining a professional, positive attitude. Needless to say, I would definitely use Encore Tent again!

(August 20, 2020, 1:05 am)Very professional head office accompanied by a great crew that set our 20 x 40 tent up in no time leaving me no choice, but to tip them for their services. I would highly recommend this company, not only for events but weddings as well. They have a vast selection from furniture to lights and very high quality aesthetics to go with there immaculate tents.

(June 28, 2018, 1:30 am)Encore Tents is by far one of the best businesses around! Super fast getting back to you and very efficient! When our venue was cancelled 3 days before our wedding these guys worked fast with us to make sure our wedding was still going to happen! Can never thank them enough!

(January 16, 2018, 12:07 am)Extremely professional and reliable. It was a pleasure to work with Encore for our wedding! There is a lot of variety in rentals which helped us create the look we wanted. They delivered and set up the tent (chairs, etc.) quickly and respected our venue space when driving up. The clean up/take down was quick - we were definitely impressed with their service! Amy was a big help for us during the planning process, she was happy to answer our questions and give us advice when needed. She was friendly and sincere. When we encountered an issue with the microphone and speaker the morning of our wedding, they came to the venue right away (at 6:30am!) to remedy the issue and left us with a back up speaker system in case another issue arose! We were extremely impressed by their speed and reliability! We highly recommend them for any special occasion.
