This store has the most informative staff I have ever dealt with, Brenda and Sam were so helpful, they actually care about the customer. Brenda knows what she is talking about and is extremely knowledgeable about all things phones. She helped me save money on my current plan, I am very grateful for her kindness and the customer service. Brenda and Sam are Rock Stars for your company!!

We would like to praise and commend Brenda at the Cobourg store for her wonderful Customer Care. We bought 2 iphones and increased our services. We drove 40 minutes to get the wonderful service and we would do it in a heart beat because of Brenda's help, knowledge and experience. am happy over all but dont like how they wanted to charge me 30$ to transfer my data to new phone. I've been with Koodo for over 7 years and have never had to pay to do that. But great customer service , clean location.

Today I went in because my phone hasnt been working properly and I was served by a lady. I never got her name, I wish I did. She was so amazing! We set up a new phone and she even offered to go get it from a different location for me tomorrow on her day off. I can't even begin to explain how much this meant as a customer. Amazing service! 10000/10 would recommend this location to anyone! Also, the staff is so friendly and fun I could have stayed there all day just to hangout!

I came to this store back in March having not known it existed. My contract was up and I had gone to the old Telus down on Chapel street. They sold me a broken phone. After spending several days trying to get it to work, and at least 2 of those days back at the telus store, my mother suggested we go to the new store. At first I didn't know what she meant. After she explained there was another Telus store across town, off we went. There wasn't much they could do with the broken phone, as apparently the 2 stores aren't connected, but Brenda explained about the 15 day no questions asked return window on phones. We ended up going back to the old Telus and returning the broken phone - we noticed the girl at the desk wrote in the notes that "I was unhappy with the device" and not that it was broken, so hopefully nobody else got stuck with it.

After returning the broken one we left and returned to Telus Koodo. Brenda was wonderful. We got a great phone and she did the data transfer right there and everything worked perfectly. It's now been 6 months and everything still works perfectly. I would absolutely go there again.

Brenda was incredible, I have never met such an outgoing incredible person in the customer service industry. Great customer service all around and was quick to answer my questions. Highly Suggest you go see her
