(November 23, 2021, 8:52 pm)I must be one tough cookie or expecting the impossible! Made a small order, which consisted of 1 coffee and 2 sesame seeds bagels toasted w/butter. First I’d like to say, the bags that wrap the food are ALWAYS greasy and full of butter all over. They also usually don’t add napkins; today, the bagels were multigrain and one had mold, hope i didn’t eat mine with mold too. How difficult is it to serve fast food? People, check your work!!! If you can’t be bothered, maybe this job is not for you. Why should a paying customer, regardless of cost, have to return, complain, throw food out and get irritated? Managers/owners, train ur staff!

Staff is cute, had the second drive through lane open and took great pains to tell each customer what vehicle they were to follow.
On the other hand what does that say about the average Tim Hortons customer??? 😉

(August 14, 2021, 4:38 pm)I have been to this location in the past with good service. However, today's visit was different. The service was extremely service (in store) and the staffer was doing other things while customers were waiting for their purchases. Perhaps just a blip.

(July 10, 2021, 12:57 pm)My husband and I usually go to drive thru after I finish my shift. The coffee is great. Sometimes our order is messed up but I am thinking it's because of their headset. I don't think it's entirely their fault. I also find the staff very pleasant. One of my favorite go to Tim Hortons
