The staff are excellent in here. I have dealt with Roulstons all my life. I have never had a bad experience here at all. I do know most of the staff here which does help alot.

I have always have very pleasant people serve me in the store . I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone .

The pleasant staff are always ready to answer questions. Excellent place to buy ostomy supplies. They're much cheaper and always have them on hand - no having to order and wait several weeks. Roulston's has been my go -to place to get ostomy supplies for over 30 years -even after moving to Toronto, then Grimsby.

It's a great store for pretty much everything. Being downtown, it is also conveniently close to most Simcoe residents.
