I phoned Bob and told him I'd like to purchase it for my mom and asked him what the best one for her would be etc, and he took time out of his busy day to explain everything to me.
My mom then went in and left with a beautiful guitar! Bob even put brand new strings on it for her, and sent her on her way!
Defiantly will be back and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone else to go there with questions, concerns or to even just look around! -
