This is how a vehicle dealership should be. I drove an hour to go to this dealership for a service call.
It was worth my time from Sudbury. Maybe best experience I've ever had at a dealership.
I called and told them the issue. Within in minutes, I had a quote on parts, labour and total cost.
I made an appointment.
Today was the day for the work to be done.
What a positive experience overall.
I showed up at 9 am. Truck went in a few minutes later. Less than hour later, truck was ready and it was a bit cheaper than original estimate.
WHOA!
Done quickly and on time and under estimated cost!!! Yes you read that right.
Been a long long time (if ever) since any dealership was able to provide that.
All staff I dealt with were friendly and beyond helpful.
I recommend any Ram/Dodge owners of Sudbury who are tired of the poor service at the two dealerships in town to drive the hour to Sturgeon Falls and give this place a chance.
