(August 11, 2019, 5:23 am)I spent a weekend here last August long weekend and am planning to spend a week this time this long weekend coming! I can't say enough good things about this place! Josh and Jen were amazing hosts! I am an animal lover and there were a lot of friendly dogs, especially Tundra and Velcro! 😁, the cottage we stayed in was clean and tidy and easily accommodated 6 grown men!
There were tons of things to do like kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, a pool hall and even a natural sauna! I can't wait to go back there this year and spend a week out there, I know by the end of the week I won't want to leave again! It is so peaceful and serene!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! You will not be disappointed! -

(July 28, 2019, 11:07 pm)Josh and Jen were terrific hard working and caring hosts. Made our fishing trip successful and very enjoyable. Cabin was clean with a beautiful view of the lake. 5 minute boat ride to launch or 10 minutes to Marina for all boating needs. Memorable experience and one of our better fishing trips. Would love to return for another week of great lake trout fishing. Rob, Neil, and Duane

My friends and I have gone to Deepwater Lodge the last two years, and had a blast each time! The Cottages are roomy and well kept. We comfortably fit 6 guys for a Guys Weekend this year. The Water is just feet away, and crystal clear. Swimming is great, the water is plenty deep so you can dive right off either of the docks. The Kayaking and canoeing is very cool as well. There are lots of islands and areas to explore, some great for fishing. The couple that run the place are absolutely Amazing. Very friendly and hospitable. They have been wonderful hosts the last couple years, and I look forward to seeing them again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND - 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG -
