(August 22, 2019, 1:24 pm)Hands down the best gym in Muskoka, if not in all of Ontario!!! At every visit, you are guaranteed to sweat, laugh, smiles, high energy and friendly puppy greetings. I always leave every class soaked in sweat and feeling my absolute best. Saturday Cardio Joe is the perfect start to my day and makes the afternoon "docktails" extra delicious.
Finally the perfect place to keep up my fitness at the cottage! Thank you to the Tri Lakes family for creating such an inclusive and fun space in Muskoka to sweat.
