Owner fit us in last minute. Did a great job on my daughter's long thick hair. Great salon
I was very disappointed with my haircut, but went back and the stylist/owner modified the cut (it was still too short, but she did her best), offered me a refund and my next two trims for free. Although I was upset, I think it's important to note that an effort was made to improve the situation, which I appreciated.
