Rented here a couple of times. Decent service for a small town cottage town. Communication could be greatly improved though for the store workers. Our rental started 30 minutes later than it was supposed to (wasn't yet ready) and when I asked about a discount for that time we were not able to use it, I was told "NO". I asked why - and the response was "well, it's only 30 minutes". I proceeded to ask further up the chain but never got a response. Would probably rent again but that didn't sit well. Otherwise service was fine - will look into buying for the future.
