Great service.
Our hot water heater (oil) went out. Terry came the day after my call and came before supper. He thought it could be the switch ($18.00) or the relay ($240) so he changed out the switch first. His fee is 85.00 service. He said if he had to come back he’d waive the service charge. Good to his word he returned when the heat went out again. Came within 2 hours of the call and fixed it at cost. Waiting to see if that’s the answer. May need a whole new furnace
Becthel's Home Heating is amazing. Great service always and very professional. They have replace my oil tank, water heater and service the furnace every year. 5 stars all around.
