Stopped in on Canada Day for a break from driving in the busy holiday traffic. Delighted to find some wonderful freshly made tarts and decided to pick up some fresh peas and strawberries. There is a market with canned items and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as the little restaurant. We ordered a grilled cheese and the presentation was fabulous. With a few chips, some fresh veggies, a sample of pepper jellies and a choice of white, wheat or sage bread we were very pleased! Had to take home some banana pepper jelly after that!! Absolutely wonderful little stop!

It’s a gem. The pastries are homemade and so delicious. The coffee is great. There are tons of jams. You can also find fresh tomatoes, strawberries and blueberries.
