Their team is so friendly, efficient, and professional we could not say enough good things about the service they provided. They come when they say they will, and they do all the work they say they will do, in a professional and helpful manner.Mike ,Joanne ,and Sandy were excellent in keeping us informed and supplying the insurance company with all of the required documents. I would like to thank you for the prompt service that I had from plumber Mike today. The float on my sump pump was not working and the ecobee water sensor alert activated because the basement was flooded.
Luckily it was fixed before the water rose high enough to damage my water furnace that you installed a few years ago.

(August 23, 2018, 2:14 pm)Returned from vacation to find that our home on the lake had no water. It was a Sunday. Joe and Brian arrived promptly on the Monday to assess the situation and order the parts and by Tuesday, our new submersible pump went into the lake and just like that, we had water. The office staff member, Janine answered all of my questions and the workmen were happy to labour even in the pouring rain. They even agreed to use our boat in order to save them from using theirs and charging for it. I am very happy with the service I received from all levels working with this company and will not bother to read the reviews and check out Gravenhurst Plumbing and Heating again. I'll just make the call. Thanks Ryan, I really appreciate your time and energy especially since its Muskoka in the summertime when companies are at their busiest.
