I purchased a cologne from the Huntsville location but it ended up being the wrong type and I didn’t realize until after it was already opened. I called Huntsville to ask for a return and was rudely rejected but after speaking with Julie at Bracebridge she was able to reach out to them and arrange for me to return the cologne at Bracebridge. She has very friendly and happy. I will be returning to Bracebridge from now on.
