I was looking for some briggs parts for my generator and Saulco ent came up as the dealer.A quick internet search also showed they are an Echo dealer as well. Not only did I get the Gen parts ordered with ease (Beth is amazing), I also was able to purchase the cs590 and up size the bar and chain. The service department installed the bar and chain and gave a great explanation of the new saw operation. They also filled the saw with fuel and oil, Awsome service. Now came time to pay, a pleasent surprise, a discount was applied to all the extras I bought. I felt like I was a long time customer and it was only my first visit. It will not be my last visit. Nice to see old time value still exist in family business. I will be back for all my small engine and chainsaw saw needs. If you need anything small engine or chainsaw saw related, give Beth a call, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been a long time customer of Saulco due to their obvious expertise and no pressure buying experiences. My first experience with Saulco showed me that they were most concerned that I found the right equipment to suits my needs and never did they try to sell me anything that was more expensive that I didn’t need. Buying from Saulco also allowed me to leave knowing that they fully prepared my new equipment (in this case a chainsaw) including any necessary adjustments/assembly/fuel/oil and tested the equipment before I took the equipment home. This is the service that I find important as in my experience, if the equipment isn’t setup properly from the beginning, it won’t perform to its full potential. This excellent service is a stark contrast to buying experiences I’ve encountered at other places where they hand you a box with the product inside and say thank you. I’ll continue buying from Saulco as I have many times in the past as their knowledge and service can’t be beat.
